KHOJ

Z Nation Lab, a startup accelerator based out of Mumbai and Silicon Valley, USA has come up with its new initiative, KHOJ. The program aims to bring Entrepreneurs, Investors, representatives from Corporate Houses, Government and various Educational Institutions under one roof so that they can together explore global technology trends, discuss ideas and problems to solve, and understand what Investors’ expect. Z Nation Lab, through it’s initiative KHOJ will go to various cities across India with of mission of identifying potential and disruptive business ideas which can be nurtured and funded by Investors/ backed by Government or Corporate Houses.

KHOJ will be held in 9 cities across the country from January 2017 to March 2017. Startups will be shortlisted from each of the cities and final ones will present their ideas to more than 100 investors, VCs, corporate houses in Mumbai on April 15, 2017.

The 9 cities where KHOJ will go in ‘khoj’ of top ideas include Indore, Delhi, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Kolkata.

Z Nation Lab will be starting off with KHOJ Indore which will be conducted in association with IIM Indore on 23rd January. It will be then followed by KHOJ Jaipur in association with GIT Jaipur on 1st February.

Why should an entrepreneur be a part of the program?

Entrepreneurs will get the unique opportunity of discussing their ideas with experienced minds and can get their technology validated from stalwarts from Silicon Valley belonging to IBM, Google, Intel, VM Ware, Oracle, GE and the likes. They can also obtain deep insights on how to achieve exponential growth through Design Thinking and Business Model Campus.

The program will also include several venture capitalists who can help entrepreneurs validate their ideas through their valuable and honest feedback. Z Nation Labs will also provide startups an opportunity to scale up their business through their Corporate Partnership programs.

  1. Startups will get 50% to 100% sponsorship for the Z Nation Lab Startup Bootcamp Program of 2017.
  2. Rs. 25 Lacs seed funding by Z Nation Lab.
  3. Rs 10 Lacs worth Credit from the ecosystem partners of Z Nation Lab which includes names like Amazon Web Services, Google, IBM, PayTM and others.
  4. Rs 100 Lacs to 300 Lacs of co-investment offer from Z Nation Lab’s 100+ venture capital and angel investor partners including Accel Capital, Saama Capital, Nexus Ventures, Innoven Capital, Kellog Angel Network, Mumbai Angels and many more.
  5. 20 hours of free advice on various aspects like legal, tax, and compliance matters etc which will help your startup to kick-start.
