With the goal of catalyzing the growth of entrepreneurial culture, KIIT Entrepreneurship Cell is presenting to you its flagship event, Conclave of Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Technology (CELT), India with Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) as their partner, from 9th to 13th August, 2016. With this conclave they aim to bring in start-up enthusiasts, budding entrepreneurs and global leaders under one roof, for open dialogue.
The Conclave of Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Technology (CELT) offers a transformative experience to all delegates attending this event with the main intention of helping the delegates to delve into entrepreneurship via various programs like guest lectures, panel discussions, workshops led by industry honchos and luminaries from the corporate world will open their eyes to an endless orchard of possibilities.
CELT promotes openness of knowledge, network, contacts and opportunities. It will conduct several competitions of challenging formats, workshops, guest lectures. The main motive of these guest lectures is to enable the delegates to meet and learn from some of the most successful people in our country. Some of the speakers are listed below.
- The Chief Guest at CELT is one of the most prominent speakers in India aka Dr. Shashi Tharoor.
- The Keynote Speaker at CELT is Mr. H.K. Mittal who has been instrumental in promoting innovation and entrepreneurial acumen among a major section of Indian entrepreneurs.
- Ravi Ranjan, an entrepreneurship evangelist from NASSCOM 10000 Startups will take a session on ‘How to build your innovative and creative Business Plan’.
- Parag Mankeekar, director and founder of Neeti Solutions will speak on ‘Changing Lives through Game Stimulation’.
- The Forbes India ’30 under 30 entrepreneur’ and founder of IndiaLends, Mr. Mayank Kachhwaha, will help you know more about online payment systems.
- Miten Mehta, a mentor, an advisor, an angel investor and the co-founder of KloudData in Silicon Valley is another prominent guest speaker at CELT.
- Hearing Mr. Rahul Narvekar the inspirational boy who made it to being a CEO rising from a Mumbai slum, speak will be quite motivating for all budding entrepreneurs.
- Manas Dowlani, CEO IALM will also take a session and help you enhance your judgment and skills as entrepreneurs, consultants or managers.
Few other prominent speakers include Padma Shri Anil Kumar Gupta, Padma Shri Arunachalam Muruganantham, Sanjay Jha, Rajeev Roy, Neeraj Gupta, etc.
Along with the various guest sessions and workshops, CELT is also organizing a Comedy Night where The Bhubaneswar Komedians will be entertaining the viewers.
Accommodation and Food
The CELT registration fee includes expenses of your accommodation and food for the five days of the conclave. It also includes the costs of conclave’s logistics, coffee break, breakfast, lunch and dinner for all the five days of the conclave. However, the registration fee does not include the travelling costs to and from Bhubaneswar.

The conclave will provide a platform to open a dialogue among the global leaders of academia to mainstream entrepreneurship education by providing training and support to entrepreneurship educators and to demonstrate effective global models of entrepreneurial development, the challenges faced and the outcomes. It will also highlight models of emerging excellence and introduce the channels for recognition to the growing entrepreneurship community of educators, mentors and program managers. It will also provide mentors to several ‘now-successful’ start-ups.
The Conclave will also provide a unique opportunity for various stakeholders to witness cutting-edge technological advancements under various thematic areas such as High Performance Computing, Grid & Cloud Computing, Language & Heritage Computing, Professional Electronics, e-Security, Ubiquitous, Mobile and Green Computing, Open Source Software and e-Learning, ICT solutions for e-Governance, e-Health etc.
