Women-the ones to whom everyone owes their life. They are the topic of discussion almost everywhere-blogs, articles, magazines, newspapers and most importantly our houses. And why is it exactly that we find so many talks about them, where almost everyone has a thing or two to share about them? It is because the people of the society do not see a woman as a woman; they look at her as a mother, sister, girlfriend or a wife.

Much contrary to this, is the life of men. It is a well noted fact men make the general term for humans of this society. They dream, they work, they succeed-they are men.

Although the times have changed a lot, but still according to society a woman is first supposed to be good at her relations and house then think about anything remotely associated with entrepreneurship. Hardly is any heed paid to her dreams and ambitions in life. For most of the girls in India, it is only till the family allows her to do some stuff on her own. Every father, rather most of the fathers in today’s world love their sons and daughter equally and want them to be happy in life. But even their love becomes conditional after a certain time when the so-called rules of society intervene.

A woman is supposed to always keep her home and family before her dreams of a start-up. It is kind of an unsaid law that states that women should not dream big. Growing up with this kind of mentality around us all the time, this thought gets embedded in the mind of the growing children.

We are all in support of women empowerment, apparently, but hardly does anyone ask a girl what is your big dream. Taking tour attention to another unsaid law of the universe:

“A woman with a big dream of a start-up is a powerhouse of talent and unparalleled entrepreneurial skills.”

So what if she is a woman? So what if she has domestic responsibilities? So what if she has to take care of her family? At the end of the day, even she is a human and she dares to dream big.

With changing times and education, the outlook of women about different aspects of life have considerably changed. They prefer the office cubicle more than the kitchen counter. They love to breathe at the work site more than at home. Of course they love their family and kids, but they love their dreams as well.

Dreams do not just include being successful in life and earning loads of money. For some people it means making a difference to the world with their existence. The right doesn’t lie with the men only to dream big. The women are equally capable of dreaming big and making it happen. For a developing country like India, there is a need to dream more than the desire to dream.

Every start-up is a dream woven by a budding entrepreneur.

At times, it’s the urgency of the situation that makes people dream big and the ladies section is no exception here. Women! You can never predict them! They can do anything and practically everything. And this is exactly what helps them battling the odds of life.

A start-up: big or small needs big ideas, big investments and big labour. The twenty-first century woman has the ability to dream big and manage it as well to shake hands with success.
