In developed countries, retirement is seen as the time for the long wished vacation with family when no more mails or calls from work will ever disturb their family time again. Sadly, in the developing countries, where the average economic condition is not so good, people see retirement as a phase of unemployment and bad days.
We all hope for a change soon, not only in mentality but also in thoughts.
